Alejandro Escovedo for Dublin

Over the course of rollercoaster career Alejandro Escovedo has opened for The Sex Pistols, played with Ryan Adams and recorded with Tony Visconti. Now he brings his Sensitive Boys to Dublin. You can catch the acclaimed roots icon, the crossroads where punk and Americana meet, in Whelan's on Wednesday June 27.
Escovedo is currently touring in support of his 11th solo album, Big Station which was released earlier this month. The Mighty Stef is the special guest on the night. Tickets are priced at €18 and are available to buy online from www.wavtickets.ie.
If you can't manage to catch Alejandro in the capital, he will play Kilkenny's Set Theatre on Thursday June 28 before wrapping up at Kelly's Bar, Galway, on Friday June 29.
