As early as the mid-'90s, Slovenian DJ Umek was able to take his art of mixing and producing to a professional level and enter the worldwide scene. He has become one of the most important techno players of the global techno scene, and successfully captured the first era of researching and recreating the rules of the dance music in Recycled Loops, Consumer Recreation and Astrodisco platforms, which all put the sound of the Slovenian techno on the world map of electronic music. In the beginning of the year 2007, he started a new 1605 Music Therapy with which he marked the beginning of the second era of his music creation.

Phil Kieran has been in the upper echelons of the electronic music game for more than a decade, but is only now releasing his debut album, Shh, under his own name. The album is formulated in a completely fresh and futuristic way. Listen carefully and you can detect elements of dub reggae, old hardcore, hip-hop, early 90s electronica such as Autechre/Black Dog and other Warp staples, as well as the futuristic techno that Phil excels in.
