Big time
Watch our exclusive David Kitt video interview - filmed after the success of his debut mini-album, the aptly-titled 'Small Moments', and shortly before the completion of 'The Big Romance', an album which went on to be counted as one of the best Irish records of last year.
Kitt will be showcasing at all the major international music conventions this year including Midem in Cannes on January 21st and South X South West in Austin, Texas on St. Patrick's weekend.
A singer/songwriter most noted for the intensely intimate quality of his music, David Kitt commands an enormous amount of quiet respect with his delicately evocative recordings and gently powerful live performances, employing the basic elements of voice, acoustic guitar and looped samples.
Here he gives us an insight into just how that feeling is created - sharing his views on recording, music technology and performing live, and even treating us to an acoustic rendition of one of his tracks.
A bit of hush now....
