Mundy cancelled for Anti-War gig venue change
Mundy's Vicar St. performance on June 19 has been cancelled to make way for the Anti-War gig, which is being moved from The Point to the more centrally located venue.
If you've already snagged your Mundy tickets then you can receive a full refund from the point of purchase. Mundy assures fans that he will play some further Dublin dates later in the year.
And if you haven't yet secured your ticket to the Christy-Moore-Damien-Rice-et-al event, then you've unfortunately missed the boat. While there are no more tickets left for the Anti-war Gig, it's a case of "Come one! Come all!" the following weekend for the various public demonstrations against Bush's visit.
Full details of the protests can be found at www.irishantiwar.org but the basic schedule is as follows:
Friday, June 25
Dublin: Stop Bush Demonstration, assembling at Garden of Remembrance, Parnell Square, 7pm
Galway: Assemble at City Hall, 7pm
Waterford: Assemble at Red Square, 7pm
Tralee: Assemble at Brandon Hotel, 7pm
Sligo: Assemble at Town Hall, 7pm
Saturday, June 26
Demonstration + March to Shannon Airport: Assemble Dromoland Castle, Co Clare, 9-10am
