Charlotte Hatherley's new video to boast stellar cast

Charlotte Hatherley's predilection for celebrity schmoozing reaches new heights with David Walliams (Little Britain), Simon Pegg (Shaun Of The Dead), Lucy Davis (The Office) and Lauren Laverne (XFM) all guesting on the video for her new single, 'Bastardo'.

The tale of a dodgy Latin lothario (Walliams) who nicks Charlotte's beloved guitar after a night of rumpy pumpy, it's the latest track to be lifted from her Grey Will Fade album, which receives its Swiss, German, Italian, Austrian, Dutch and Belgian release this week.

The clip is directed by her young gentleman, Edgar Wright, who's currently doing very nicely, thank you, at the American box-office with the aforementioned Shaun Of The Dead.

It's certainly done her profile a world of good, with Heat, Elle and The Sun all devoting space to the Ash woman's extra-curricular activities.
