Darkness to play at Meteors
Those rock'n'rollers The Darkness will be playing the Meteor Awards, which take place on Thursday February 2 - but you can't get your tickets the normal way.
Nope, entry for the awards and band - who incidentally won the in the category of the Best International Group in 2004 - can only be bagged through competitions in the media, in Meteor stores, by texting or voting.
Justin Hawkins and co will share the bill with Damien Dempsey and other artists yet to be confirmed.
