New York Dolls make rare Irish appearance
Clearly on the back of a glowing review for their latest album One Day It Will Please Us to Remember Even This, in the last issue of Hot Press, the New York Dolls are to head to these shores.
The seminal punk rockers will be playing the Olympia, Dublin, on October 20.
It's a rare treat, with the two surviving members from the 70s line up - David Johansen and Sylvain Sylvain - having announced they were returning back to the gigging life only last year.
Tickers are €37.70 and available from Ticketmaster and all usual outlets.
