RTÉ launches song contest

An important springboard for the likes of Laura Izibor (pictured), Naimee Coleman and Jive signing Lesley Roy, this year’s event features Linda Martin, Jenny Huston, Richie Taylor, Eddie Rowley, Dave Geraghty of Bell X1 and Larry Gogan among its panel of judges.
Whoever emerges victorious gets six days in Pulse Recording Studios plus a 500 CD run of their song.
To enter you must be 20 or under and get a copy of an original song to RTÉ Radio Centre, Donnybrook, Dublin 4 by Friday December 8.
