David Corio brings rock photography to Dublin
London photographer displays his well-known images next month
Ace London snapper David Corio has his work exhibited at Gallery Number One, Castle Street, Dublin 1 – that’s directly opposite Burdock’s, fish ‘n’ chips fans – from November 20 to December 9.
The classic images include Tom Waits, Shane MacGowan, Philip Lynott and the one of U2 that graces the cover of the U2 18 singles compilation.
Talking of Mr. Lynott, the 22nd Vibe For Philo takes place on January 4 & 5 in the Dublin Button Factory and is entitled Johnny The Fox Meets Jimmy The Weed. The second date is an all-ages matinee show, which will allow Lizzy’s younger fans to get in on the act.
