Republic of Loose announce Dublin residency
Republic of Loose will play four dates in Dublin this April.
The band have been holed up in the studio since their New Year's Eve gig in the Button Factory, working on the eagerly-awaited follow-up to Aaagh!.
They're now set to emerge once again in April for four shows in the Academy on Middle Abbey St. on April 4, 11, 18 and 25. Tickets for all shows are €20 and are on sale now from Ticketmaster outlets.
It's set to be very busy couple of weeks for the Loose crew. This Friday, they'll take to the stage at the Meteor Music Awards in the RDS to perform 'We People Who Are Darker Than Blue', the new single the band recorded with Sinead O'Connor (which can be listened to here).
March will then see the release of both the 'Ballad Of Ronnie Drew' tribute song, which Mick Pyro contributed to, and 'Go Steady With It', the first single from their forthcoming album.
