Electric Wizard set sights on Dublin and Belfast
British Doom rockers to play first ever Irish dates in September.
Dorset based worshippers of the riff, Electric Wizard have been announced as playing their first ever Irish date in Whelan's on Tuesday, September 8, with a date at the Limelight in Belfast the following night.
The cult group have been releasing albums since 1993, having delved deep into into psychedelic rock and monumental doom metal sounds over the course of six studio albums. Recently having sold out the ULU in London with a headlining slot and somehow having missed Ireland during their tumultuous history, the group will perform with Blood Ceremony as main support.
