Robbie cancels MTV performance
Robbie Williams is the latest top name to pull out of a show.
He was scheduled to perform at the MTV Europe Music Awards on November 5 in Berlin, but has cancelled due to what has been described as a "scheduling conflict".
There has been no speculation as to whether his withdrawal will have any effect on his chances of winning the Best Male category for which he has been nominated. Kings of Leon, Lady Gaga and Beyonce have all received nominations in several categories.

Having done such a fine job last year, Katy Perry will host the ceremony again this year. Green Day, Foo Fighters, Leona Lewis, Jay-Z and Tokio Hotel are lined up to perform at the event.
