So when you use your wildfire you can view the photos through the gallery, but when you plug your wildfire into your laptop as a hard drive you cannot find the photos?

That’s very strange, but I won’t argue with you.

Go to the gallery in your wildfire. Menu > share > share via bluetooth

Tick all photos then click done.

Pair wildfire with One X or Laptop and send them over via Bluetooth.

(you could also use dropbox)

*rolls eys.

Yes, that would sort me getting stuff off my wildfire that the sync didn't get for sure.

However, on a separate note, camera shots still do not show up on the OneX when it is hooked to laptop as a storage device. And I am not looking in the wrong folder.

I am shunning phone contracts until they become more realistic.

I agree, the very notion of speaking to someone who isn’t in the same room as me is too ridiculous to get my head ‘round.

We're a few weeks in now, how are you getting on with yours?

I'm hearing there's a problem with it over heating and rebooting?

Someone I know ho has a HTC really hammers his phone and it's stood up to every form of abuse he can throw at it.

No complaints...bar the battery life, but maybe if I didn't use it like my life blood it may last longer.
It really is hardy out, i had a silcon case on it but have it off a couple of weeks and not so much as a smudge on it. I am a loyal HTC fan for ever more. Silver cars and HTC phones, it's my thing.

Found someone to fix my HTC Sensation XL.
So happy.
 From : number10 Posted : 01/08/12 at 15:14
Is getting it fixed expensive?
 From : ttemme Posted : 02/08/12 at 15:06
fixin' phones is for squares...
 From : triumph Posted : 02/08/12 at 16:34
how long does the battery life last maedhbh?
 From : Maedhbh Posted : 02/08/12 at 17:05
Heavy use... internet usage, facebook, email, instagram, camera (and the camera sucks juice), various other apps - some using GPS etc, music, news widgets, basically anything you may ever use on phone....I'd def be looking for charger by 8pm in evening after taking it off charge about 8am...but again, that is heavy use.
 From : triumph Posted : 02/08/12 at 18:21
when you're using it in work you using the 3g for data or wifi?
 From : Maedhbh Posted : 03/08/12 at 11:11
Relying on data connection through provider for most of the day. Wireless in evenings.
 From : ttemme Posted : 03/08/12 at 14:17
it only takes a few drinks t'get me wireless...

So four months since doing away with my qwerty keyboard phone and it's occurred to me that I haven't gotten used to it. I just type less on my phone. Fewer texts and emails and less bullshitting on the internet.

When I do these things they're usually just functional and to the point.

But I like going on and on, and using three words instead of one.

I don't care what anyone says, there's a market for a phone with a real keyboard. Maybe that market is just me though.

Anyway I can get by without it, but I really don't think I could replace my lap top with a tablet until they start making proper hybrids.

(And no, I don't want a keyboard docking station, or a stylus, or voice recognition)
