Fish Tales Volume 4

Some people say monthly hard house club Fish is the best Friday night in London. Having been lucky enough to attend its third birthday party, I can only guess they are right – for few more exciting and unashamedly exuberant clubs have I ever encountered. Max The Alien Thing, who has just released his own Alien Trax mix CD entitled Missing Files, is one of its residents. Here he abducts the choicest lobsters from good ol’ Capt’n Tinrib’s pot and throws them in his own crock, cooking up a nu-brew (that even the kids will love) with consummate ease. Features collaborations with Steve Thomas, Rubec, Mark Todd and three dynamite cuts from Weirdo. Not for the faint-hearted.
