There's cause for Lionel Richie fans to rejoice as their hero announces visits to the RDS Main Hall, Dublin (October 25) and the Odyssey, Belfast (26).
It's good news too for his estranged wife, Diane, who's looking for $300,000 a month to keep her in the style she's accustomed to.
While his new Just For You album is very much in the MOR vein, it must be remembered that Richie was once a member of the supremely hard funkin' Commodores.
