Festival of World Cultures program announced
If Siberian throat singing is what you're after, then head on down to Dun Laoghaire for the most colourful festival this side of the Shpamberg
There's a veritable United Nations of talent on display this fortnight as the Festival of World Cultures returns to the pubs, clubs, galleries and markets of Dun Laoghaire.
Kicking off on August 27, the three-day musical splurge includes Caribbean jazz, Latin soul, African rap, Mexican rock, Siberian throat singing, tango, flamenco, Cajun, Indian folk dance and, well, whatever you're having yourself.
