Pony Club are in live action next month
The extremely wonderful Pony Club have lined up February 6 and 13 appearances Upstairs at Whelan’s, tickets for which are a recession-busting €10.
Mark Cullen & co. will also be giving their new album, Post-Romantic, an airing on RTÉ 2’s The Café, which goes out at 7pm on Friday January 23.
One of the standouts, ‘What Are You Angry For?’ has had a nifty Ciaran Og Arnold video made for it, which can be viewed at myspace.com/humrecordings.
Other news from the hum stable is that David Turpin is currently working on the follow up to his The-Sweet-Used-To-Be debut for ’09 release.
