Aslan cancel Olympia show
They've also pulled out of a show at The Castle Glanmire.
Having marked their 30th anniversary in 2012 with a new album Nudie Books And Frenchies, a movie Please Don't Stop, a photobook, and two nights in the Olympia Theatre, Dublin's Aslan were planning to play there again on Sunday March 17.
Unfortunately, we've just learned that the gig will not go ahead, due to an illness within the band.
Aside from that Paddy's Day show, the band were also set to play The Castle Glanmire in Cork on March 16. That performance will not go ahead, though their will be free live music that night instead. That weekend also sees the likes of Mojo Gogo and The Hot Sprockets play Glanmire.
Fingers crossed the band member in question makes a quick and full recovery and we can see the boys play again soon.
All tickets can be refunded at point of purchase.
