Fans of Thin Lizzy will be aware that Philip Lynott's birthday was August 20th, 1949.

In our upcoming issue, with that date in mind, and the fact that Philo would have been all of 62 if he was still with us, we will be celebrating the Thin Lizzy frontman's birthday, with a major feature that will offer a unique insight into the kid who went on to become one of Ireland's greatest rock heroes. We also plan to put the pics of fans, taken over the weekend, to special use both in the issue and online.
