Bluegrass fans are in for a treat on November 9 when Nickel Creek’s mandolin phenomenon Chris Thile plays a rare solo show in Dublin’s Sugar Club.

The 25-year-old, who’s also collaborated with Edgar Meyer, Bela Fleck and Jon Brion, will be plugging his How To Grow A Woman From The Ground album, which veers at times towards White Stripes territory.
