Damien Dempsey: To Hell Or Barbados 'Expanded Edition'
Damien Dempsey’s To Hell Or Barbados album is now even more of an essential purchase with the release of an ‘Expanded Edition’, which includes eight bonus cuts.
These are:
‘Not On Your Own Tonight’ (from the Shots sessions).
‘Saturday Finally Comes’ (a Seize The Day outtake).
‘Wild One’ (an acoustic cover of the Thin Lizzy classic).
‘School Days Over’ (a Ewan MacColl song adopted by Luke Kelly).
‘Fly Me To The Moon’ (a 4am lock-in rendition of the pop standard).
‘Taobh Leis An Muir’ (one of Damo’s favourite west coast of Ireland ballads).
‘Rhythm Of Time’ (a Bobby Sands poem set to music).
‘Holy Night’ (well, it is nearly Christmas!)
Fans should also check out hotpress.com for Damien Dempsey’s exclusive Hotpress Chatroom @ The Electric Picnic acoustic set.
