Daniel Johnston for Belfast

All roads lead to Belfast on April 4 as that most cult of songwriters Daniel Johnston plays the Empire Music Hall.

From the humblest of homemade, lo-fi cassette beginnings, Johnston has become a much-celebrated figure who includes Beck, TV On The Radio, Tom Waits, eels, Bright Eyes, Teenage Fanclub and the late Kurt Cobain among his admirers.
