Fancy playing Electric Picnic?

If you want to join the likes of the Arctic Monkeys, Fatboy Slim and My Bloody Valentine on the line-up for this year's Electric Picnic Festival, then today is your lucky day!

The Salty Dog Trials will give artists the chance to impress the EP crew and earn their spot on the Salty Dog Stage at the August/September event.

Auditions take place in Boyles of Slane on Friday July 5 and Saturday July 6, and interested acts can send an MP3 or a YouTube link to [email protected]

Electric Picnic takes place from August 30 to September 1.
