Forbidden Fruit reveal comedy line-up...
Kevin McAleer and David McSavage are among those announced...
A stellar line-up of Irish comedians have just been announced for the return of the Bulmers Pear Comedy tent at this years Forbidden Fruit Festival.
Kilmainham-bound this June bank holiday weekend will be Kevin, McAleer, David McSavage, The Nualas, Colin Murphy, John Colleary, Foil Arms And Hog, The Hairy Bowsie's and many more.
A whole host of up and coming young comedians will also get the chance to perform on the festival stage. These include: Al Porter, Christine O'Mahony, Robbie Bonham, George Fox, Tomie James, Totally Wired and Paul Currie. Gerry Mallon and Danny Dowling will hold it all together on MC duties over the weekend.
Belinda Kelly of Bulmers said, “Last year’s Bulmers Pear Comedy tent was a huge hit and it made sense to grow this element of the Forbidden Fruit line-up. So we racked our brains until we had a Eureka! moment - a bigger tent to facilitate bigger crowds. Simple. Bulmers has had a long-standing association with comedy in Ireland and Forbidden Fruit is kick starting the 2013 comedy season for our brand, with a brilliant billing of comedians at an amazing festival.”
Tickets are priced at €54.50 per day and are available from [link]ticketmaster.ie[/link]
