Glen Hansard for Iveagh Gardens show

Glen Hansard is the latest big name to be added to the summer’s Iveagh Gardens line-up.

Joined on the July 21 bill by Lisa O’Neill and Sam Amidon, tickets priced €35 go on sale on Thursday, February 28.

With gates opening at 5.30pm, we suspect he’s planning an epic set with the plenty of musical friends joining him on stage.

The D2 show is something of a dress rehearsal for the Bruce Springsteen support he’s playing six days later in Kilkenny’s Nowlan Park.
