Line-up confirmed for Other Voices Derry

SOAK is part of a fantastic bill that includes Damien Dempsey, Two Door Cinema Club and Beth Orton...

Other Voices heads north next month as part of Derry's City Of Culture 2013 and it is taking some fantastic acts along for the musical ride.

It has just been announced that Irish stars such as Damien Dempsey, Two Door Cinema Club and Bronagh Gallagher will play over three days in The Glassworks alongside the international likes of Beth Orton, Savages, Jesca Hoop and Marina And The Diamonds. 'Hot For 2013' singer-songwriter SOAK will also perform.

Here's the full list:

Friday February 8 – Damien Dempsey, Savages, SOAK.

Saturday February 9 – Bronagh Gallagher, Jesca Hoop, Marina and the Diamonds, Neil Hannon.

Sunday February 10 – Beth Orton, Daughter, James Yorkston, Two Door Cinema Club.

Courtesy of BT Infinity, there will be access to live streaming to a number of venues around the City of Derry.

Over 40 bands will play across the city as part of The Other Voice Music Trail, whilst The Riptide Movement, George Erza, Katharine Philippa, Ryan Vail and Best Boy Grip will be in the IMRO Other Room.

Add in The Banter Salon, which recently debuted at Dingle, and you have a weekend of great entertainment.

A number of tickets for The Glassworks will be made available through competitions on Other Voices social media (Twitter: @OtherVoicesLive & Facebook: ‘Other Voices’) as well as on national radio shows.
