Lisa Hannigan is the new queen of the Irish charts
The current Hot Press cover star has dethroned Adele!
A massive and well-deserved congratulations goes out to Lisa Hannigan for successfully conquering the Irish album charts, knocking Adele off the top in the process. The Londoner has enjoyed months and months of chart dominance but her reign has come to an end following the release of Hannigan's excellent sophomore effort Passenger which debuts on both the Irish album and indie album charts at #1.
The Meath songstress adorns the cover of the latest issue of Hot Press which features her most in-depth interview yet, detailing the behind the scenes story of Passenger, working with Ray Lamontagne, reflections on the current state of her relationship with Damien Rice and much more.
