Marina & The Diamonds top the Irish album chart

There's a new queen in town this week as Marina & The Diamonds' Electra Heart makes its bow right at the top of the Irish album chart, deposing last week's chart-toppers Aslan, whose Nudie Books And Frenchies drops to third place.

That means a resurgence of sorts for Mick Flannery, with the Corkman's Red To Blue up one place to #2. Jack White's debut effort Blunderbuss drops to #4 while Dublin-bound Alabama Shakes leap an impressive 11 spots to #5.

One Direction, Adele, Nicki Minaj, Bruce Springsteen and Lana Del Rey round out a pretty familiar top ten. To view the full chart, click here.
