Mark Cooper Added to Music Show Line-up
The man behind BBC's music coverage will be here in October.
Mark Cooper, the Creative Head of BBC Music Entertainment, has been confirmed as a panellist for The Music Show 2010.
Cooper, the man who along with the titular presenter developed the concept for Later...With Jools Holland in 1992, will appear at the Music Show 2010 to discuss how music is treated on TV and radio.
Cooper is also responsible for all of BBC Television's festival coverage including Reading, Leeds and, the mother of them all, Glastonbury.
Cooper will join John Kelly (The View), 2FM boss John McMahon and Malcom Gerrie of Whizz Kid Entertainment on a panel to discuss broadcasting and the future of broadcast music.
The Music Show, presented by Hot Press in association with RTE 2fm, runs from October 2nd-3rd in The RDS, Dublin. Saturday 2nd October 10 am - 6.30 pm, Sunday 3rd October 11 am - 6.30 pm.
Tickets available on Ticketmaster and are priced at €12 (one-day pass), €16 (weekend pass) and €28/ €36 (family pass 2 adults & up to 4 children).
