May date set for new Primal Scream record

The Northern Irish producer is at the controls for Primal Scream's tenth studio album, and today posted the following message on his Facebook page:

"the new primal scream album is sequenced and mastered...its called "more light" and will be released in may...one love! X"

More Light will be the groups first album since 2008's relatively successful Beautiful Future, and will feature My Bloody Valentine bassist Debbie George standing in for Mani as well as rumoured contributions from The Pop Group’s Mark Stewart.
