Mumford & Sons hold on strong to No. 1
Babel tops the charts once again...
London folksters Mumford & Sons have held onto the top spot of the Irish album chart once again with sophomore offering, Babel.
Still at No. 2, The Script’s album #3 is holding strong while One Direction are at No. 3 with Up All Night.
At its first week on the chart, Leona Lewis’ Glassheart is in at No. 4, and once again, Scottish singer/songwriter, Emeli Sandé is in the No. 5 spot with Our Version Of Events.
Damien Dempsey’s Almighty Love has given him the No. 6 spot. Check out our interview with him in the new edition of Hot Press.
This week also welcomes Bat For Lashes with her latest album The Haunted Man coming in at No. 7.
In the Indie chart this week, Adele holds on to the top spot with 21 and Two Door Cinema Club grab No. 2 with Beacon, knocking The xx’s Coexist to No. 3.
