New Killers DVD includes Oxegen footage
They've also recorded a new song for the Twilight sequel.
The Killers have announced the November 6 release of their Live From The Royal Albert Hall DVD.
Culled from the two shows the band played at the famous London venue in July, it includes particularly riotous versions of ‘Smile Like You Mean It’, ‘Mr. Brightside’, ‘Jenny Was A Friend Of Mine’ and ‘When You Were Young’.
In addition to the main feature, there’s an 80-minute companion CD and bonus footage of the chaps at the Oxegen, V and Hyde Park festivals.
The band have also recorded ‘A White Demon Love Song’ for the upcoming Twilight sequel, The Twilight Saga: New Moon. Joining them on the soundtrack are the likes of Thom Yorke, Death Cab For Cutie, Lykke Li, Black Rebel Motorcycle Club, Muse, Editors and Bon Iver & St. Vincent.
