New Strokes album finished
The LP is set for a Spring 2011 release
Julian Casablancas has confirmed that the wait for new Strokes material is finally coming to an end. The New York five-piece have, at least, finished recording album number four.
Asked by one of his followers on twitter about progress on the album, Casablancas replied: "Still not going to be out for a few months - mixing, etc, but JUST finally finished it yesterday actually!"

The long-awaited follow-up to 2006's First Impressions Of Earth has had a difficult birth, with Casablancas recently stating that the much-delayed album has been "a labour" to record.
