New Two Door Cinema Club video banned by MTV
'Handshake' sees the boys' heads being used as bowling balls..
Yep, you read that right. Nangor/Donaghdee rockers Two Door Cinema Club last night unveiled their latest vid for album track 'Handshake', and it's already been banned from broadcast by MTV.
The vid - debuted on Vevo - sees a particularly creepy-looking Martin Hancock (who you might recognise as Spider Nugent from Corrie) sharpen his butcher knife, and proceed to chop off Alex Trimble's head. He then brings it along to his local bowling alley, where a tournament is taking place - with the rest of the boys' heads making appearances too.
Speaking about the MTV ban to NME recently, bassist Kevin Baird said it's "great", as "we've never had anything banned before!"
Check out the vid, taken from sophomore album Beacon, below.
