Three-disc nostalgia fest incoming...

Irish acts are well represented on The Old Grey Whistle Test Live, a monster 3CD collection, which drops here on June 8.
From the archives there’s Van Morrison’s ‘Into The Mystic’, The Undertones’ ‘Jimmy Jimmy’ and Rory Gallagher’s ‘Bullfrog Blues’, which line up alongside cuts from the likes of Tom Petty & The Heartbreakers, Elton John, The Ramones, Television, Blondie and The Waterboys who are near as damnit Irish themselves.
Also flying the flag are Thin Lizzy who performed a killer version of ‘Jailbreak’ as part of last year’s 40th anniversary Old Grey Radio Show.
