Phosphorescent plot Irish return
Matthew Houck & Co. will be back on Irish soil for Kilkenny festival this May...

Phosphorescent has announced a May 5 visit to the Set Theatre as part of this year’s Kilkenny Roots Festival.
Previously sited here supporting The National – no one was going to blow those headliners off stage, but Matthew Houck was brill – the Athens, Georgia man will be showcasing his Muchacho album, which is out here on March 15 and features blissed out flagship single ‘Song For Zula’.
Equal parts Flaming Lips and Tom Petty, Mr. Houk is usually accompanied on stage by a full ensemble and should really be added to your ‘seen’ list.
