Rebellion Punk Festival kicks off this weekend

The biggest punk festival in the world, the Rebellion Punk Festival is back for a 15th edition from August 2 -5, with a riotous bunch of headline acts including Public Image, Rancid, Bow Wow Wow, Social Distortion, Buzzcocks, Stiff Little Fingers, Only Ones, Agnostic Front, Goldblade, the Fits and Slaughter And The Dogs.

Elsewhere on the various stages of the Blackpool Winter Gardens, there will be 150 other bands and a weekend of live on-stage interviews, a punk fashion room, and various acoustic performances.

In addition to his live performance you can catch musician, journalist and all around punk guru John Robb's spoken word. John is just back from touring with Justice Tonight who supported the Stone Roses. You can also catch him DJing in Belfast at the Stone Roses aftershow next month.
