Snow Patrol to headline V Festival

Taking place on 18th and 19th August at Chelmsford, Essex and Weston Park, Staffordshire, the other headliners are The Killers and Foo Fighters.
Also confirmed to play are Damien Rice, Mika, The Kooks, The Fratellis, Primal Scream, Basement Jaxx, Kasabian, Editors, Pink, the reformed Happy Mondays and James, The Proclaimers, The Fray, The Goo Goo Dolls, Manic Street Preachers, James Morrison, KT Tunstall and Paolo Nutini.
Tickets for the Virgin-sponsored fest go on sale on Thursday.
