Snow Patrol to play the Coachella Festival
With bands like New Order, Nine Inch Nails, Bauhaus and Snow Parol announced for the bill, this year's Coachella looks set to blast the Californian desert
Snow Patrol and Katie Melua score a double-whammy for Norn Iron on April 30 when they both play the opening day of the Coachella festival in California.
Co-headlined last year by The Cure and the Pixies, the extremely nifty line-up also includes – deep breath – Coldplay, Cocteau Twins, Chemical Brothers, Keane, Bloc Party, Mercury Rev, Secret Machines, Jamie Cullum, Buck 65, Radio 4, Nine Inch Nails, New Order, The Prodigy, Roots Manuva, The Bravery, Kasabian, Gamg Of Four, Razorlight, The Kills and a specially reformed Bauhaus.
If you fancy dessert holiday, international tickets are being made available this month through www.coachella.com.
