The Mighty Stef announce Record Store Day release
The 7" will be a splitter with Cheap Freaks.
News of exclusive, soon-to-be highly coveted vinyl releases for International Record Store Day (taking place April 21) continues to pour in, with The Mighty Stef being the latest addition.
Stefan Murphy has announced his plans to release a limited edition 7" to mark the occasion, comprising two songs each from his band and old pals Cheap Freaks.
Being recorded as we speak, the whole thing will be a tribute to one of the Dublin rocker's favourite songwriters, Greg Cartwright of Reigning Sound, Oblivions and Compulsive Gamblers renown.
One of the tracks is set to feature Vinny Duggan and Neilo Moore, both formerly of The Things.
In other Might Stef news, the band are currently plugging away in the studio, as pre-production on their fourth album gets underway.
