The Hot Press Newsdesk, 04 May 2010

It’s called 'Secret History', lasts a mere 1 minute 44 seconds, and is already clocking up airplay throughout Ireland.

Music industry insiders have described ‘Secret History’ as “Rock 'n' Roll. All Riffs 'n' Balls & Quiffs 'n' Chops”. The Minutes have gigged extensively in Ireland and the UK in recent times, touring with the likes of Albert Hammond Jnr (The Strokes),The Pigeon Detectives, The Von Bondies and Supergrass. One of their previous singles 'Ukraine' helped the band establish themselves in the Dublin music scene thanks to heavy rotation on local indie stations.

13th May - 'Secret History' Launch @ Academy 2 , Dublin 8 pm
