The Pale come in from the cold
The Pale return with new album Lonely Space Age and nationwide tour
The Pale do the resurrection shuffle with the June 9 release of Lonely Space Age, their first since 1994's Spudgun.
Along with lead single 'Kid', the tracks are 'The Moon, It Isn't Really Lying In The Gutter', '6lbs 7ozs', 'Dave', 'Morning Star Avenue', 'Million Brilliant Stars', 'Bulb', 'Jumping Beans', 'Gain From Pain' and 'Expecting Zero'.
Founder member Matthew Devereux and new recruits Emma Shanley and Darren Flynn are also doing their stuff live at the Backstage Theatre, Longford (June 14); Arts Centre, Birr (20); Connolly's of Leap (21); Purty Kitchen, Dun Laoghaire (26); The Lodge, Mallow (July 2); The King's, Waterford (3); Spirit Store, Dundalk (4); and Witnness Festival, Punchestown (12).
