The Shoos plot Irish tour
They've also made a nifty video for their 'Distance' single.
Fresh from supporting One Republic on their Irish tour – and dragging them off to Lillie’s for a few bevvies – The Shoos play their own headlining shows in the Roundy Bar, Cork (May 13); IT College, Cork (27); Auntie Annie’s, Belfast (June 6); and Venue Theatre, Ratouth (11).
Having been spotted performing in Whelan’s by Jimmy Iovine’s right-hand man James Mormile, the Dubliners were whisked off to New York to showcase songs from their upcoming debut album, Rescue Room.
They’ve also filmed a video for their ‘Distance’ single, which stars Joanne King of The Tudors, Casualty and Shamless fame; was directed by Simon Eustace; and has Sundance Festival winner Michael Lavelle as its cinematographer.
