Thin Lizzy classics and rarities released
The great news for Thin Lizzy fans is that their legendary Live And Dangerous concert film is finally getting a DVD release.
Shot in 1977 when Philo & Co. visited the London Rainbow, the extras on Live And Dangerous include their 1983 appearance on BBC’s Sight & Sound; five Top Of The Pops performances; a CD of a ‘lost’ 1975 gig in Derby, which finds them tearing through ‘Fighting’, ‘Wild One’, ‘Still In Love With You’, ‘Suicide’, ‘Sha La La La’, ‘Baby Drives Me Crazy’ and ‘Me And The Boys’ with gusto; and 2007 interviews with Scott Gorham, Brian Downey and Brian Robertson.
Add in a nifty 24-page photo-book, and it’s an essential purchase.
