U2 3D concert film set for January release

The DVD will hit shelves on January 25. Shot in South America during the band’s ’Vertigo’ tour during 2005 and 2006, it was directed Mark Pellington and Catherine Owens and will be released by National Geographic Film Ventures.

Owens has been U2's visual content director for more than 15 years, while Pellington was the man behind the promo for 1992's 'One'.
