U2 to stream 360 Tour gig on YouTube

U2 have announced plans to broadcast the whole of their October 25 visit to the Pasadena Rose Bowl live on www.youtube.com/u2, with a teaser already running on the site.
The gig will air at 8.30pm American time, which is 3.30am on Monday morning here.
If this free stream proves successful, one wonders how long it’ll be before paid online gigs become the norm for major acts whose shows routinely sell-out.
