Band join Imelda May in selling out in seconds.

There are lots of Christmas presents being bought this morning as The National have become the second act to sell out a December date in Dublin's Olympia Theatre.

Due to phenomenal demand the band added TWO extra nights, Friday, 3 December and Saturday, 4 December.

However, all three dates are now sold out.
