Villagers come to Limerick
The band are in Dolan's for a Body & Soul warm-up.

Fresh from playing host to Franz Ferdinand last weekend – we’ll have a ringside report for you in our next issue – Dolan’s Warehouse is the venue on June 16 for a Villagers Body & Soul warm-up show. Tickets go on sale on Wednesday May 23 from www.dolanspub.com/event.php and are sure to be snapped up in double-quick time.
Conor J. O’Brien & Co. have pretty much finished recording the follow-up to 2010’s Becoming A Jackal debut, which is likely to surface in the autumn.
The chaps have also contributed an as-yet-unspecified cover to The Shortest Night, a Simon Community fundraising album, which gets the official launch treatment on June 21 in the Dublin Button Factory.
