WATCH: New video for Glen Hansard's 'High Hope'

He's gearing up for Christmas dates in Belfast and Dublin and today Glen Hansard releases the promo for 'High Hope'. Filmed and directed by Hedi Roses, the clip starts in black and white, as tower blocks collapse, and goes full colour as Glen performs with local school kids.

'High Hope' featured in an episode of Parenthood this week, with Hansard playing on the programme. Taken from his debut solo album , part of the profits from iTunes sales of the single will go to the Susan G. Komen Foundation for breast cancer.

Glen Hansard plays Ulster Hall on Sunday December 16, followed by two Vicar Street dates (17 & 18).
