Florence + the Machine has announced her return to Ireland for two outdoor summer concerts ahead of her 3Arena gig on November 30th, and you can be in with the chance of winning a pair of tickets to see Florence Welch dazzle Dublin or Cork.
The UK outfit will perform at Musgrave Park, Cork on June 26th before heading to Malahide Castle, Dublin on June 27th. Tickets €59.90 including booking fee on sale now.
Florence + the Machine’s released their fifth studio album Dance Fever earlier this year to critical and commercial success. Produced by Florence Welch, Jack Antonoff and Dave Bayley, Dance Fever is the album that brings back the very best of Florence.
"The move pays off to stunning effect on a series of indie-dance gems, including ‘My Love’, ‘King’, ‘Choreomania’ and ‘Free’," Hot Press wrote in our verdict. "Blending baroque-pop with folk textures, Dance Fever brilliantly tackles themes of joy, fury and grief. Equally influenced by ‘70s Iggy Pop and Lucinda Williams, it’s perhaps Florence’s most eclectic offering yet."
Since their debut album Lungs arrived in 2009, the band has garnered an impressive following, collecting countless awards and nominations as they ascended to indie stardom.
